Terms of service

Our online shop is available for our lawn service customers to place orders for delivery with their next lawn treatment or by other pre-arranged times.
We are happy for goods to be collected from our home address, however, to avoid a wasted journey its only by appointment.

If you are not a Greener Gardens customer and wish for goods to be posted, this will be completed by either Royal Mail 2nd class post, MyHermes or direct from the supplier.

Your contract is with Greener Gardens Limited trading as Greener Gardens ("GG") of 32 Mowbray Gardens, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6JN
An email must be entered when placing an order with Greener Gardens. By placing an order with Greener Gardens you agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication.

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. All prices include delivery unless otherwise stated. Please see our Delivery & Returns section.

All prices quoted on the website are accurate at the time of publication.
All prices on this site include United Kingdom VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable.

Ordering Information

An email must be entered when placing an order with Greener Gardens. By placing an order with Greener Gardens you agree that e-mail will be used as the standard means of communication. If your order is accepted, we will send you an e-mail confirming this. This confirmation e-mail will contain all relevant statutory information concerning your contract.

We do have a telephone answering service 0115 837 8439 (24 hour message service) please leave your name, address, message, contact details and nature of call.

We endeavour to answer communications as quickly as possible.
Please note that every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products all sizes and weights are approximate. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction is a close representation, a very slight variation in the actual goods may occur. If it is essential that the measurements are accurate on an item then please contact us prior to ordering and we will be happy to help. We will not be liable for the cost of returning items that are not the right size for your purposes if you have not checked with us beforehand.

Dispatch Policy

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of receiving payment in cleared funds, excluding weekends and public bank holidays. If we are unable to fullfil your order we will contact you and arrange either for an alternative to be sent or a full refund to be made.

Payment Information

1. Posted products - Our preferred payment method is PayPal, but we will accept “faster payments via bank transfer, please email for details.
2. Non posted Items - This is shown as collect from store and will be post & packaging free.
1. The items will normally be delivered with your next lawn treatment or by arrangement - an invoice will be left / or manually added to your lawncare invoice for payment within 14 days of delivery.
2. Product can be collected from our home address by appointment, this is important to avoid a wasted journey as stock is kept on another premises, an invoice will be left / or manually added to your lawn care invoice for payment within 14 days of delivery.
3. For Greener Gardens customers requiring delivery before the next scheduled treatment date, we offer subsidised packaging and delivery fee as listed.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 days of receiving payment in cleared funds, excluding weekends and public bank holidays. Items are normally despatched using Royal Mail services and or My Hermes theses services normally arrive with customers within 5-7 working days. Alternatively goods can be collected by prior arrangement.

On occasions this may vary, but will be made clear in the listing or immediately after the transaction/sale has been made. It is our aim to maintain excellent communication with all our customers.

We will only dispatch orders to the address registered within Paypal and without prior agreement cannot dispatch to alternate addresses.
Postage discounts are offered on each listing for multiple purchases, where applicable. Combined postage discounts are offered for customers wishing to purchase various items from us and is usually calculated at the checkout, if not we will be happy to calculate discount prior to the completed sale.
Exclusions: Our standard shipping costs are for UK Mainland ONLY, excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern & Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, and any other offshore destination.

We may be able to deliver to these excluded areas but usually a surcharge from our courier will be levied. Please contact is for details prior to order placement.

Proof of Postage receipt is always obtained from the Post Office.

In the event that you need to return a product, please complete the returns section in our "Customer Services section or contact customer services on info@greenergardens.co.uk telling us that you are returning the goods and why and we will issue you with a returns number.

The cost of returning the product is the buyer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been opened, used or tampered with.
A handling/administration charge of between 10% (minimum) and 20% (maximum) may be applied to return items.
Please note that we are unable to add or amend an order once it has been placed.
